Same Skill. Different Market.

Step 1 — ONE Service Choose করুন

“Website, video, chatbot, ads, SEO, social media—সব করি” weak positioning। তার বদলে: “I help independent restaurants improve their online presence with fast mobile-first websites.”

Step 2 — ONE Market Research

Example: Independent Indian restaurants in London, boutique salons in New Jersey, small jewellery brands in Toronto।

Step 3 — Visible Problem

Website slow? Mobile layout weak? Booking CTA নেই? Social creative inconsistent? Product photo poor?

Step 4 — Personalized Outreach

Prompt:

“Below is public information about a [TYPE] business: [DETAILS]. Identify 2 visible digital problems without inventing facts. Then write a short professional outreach email. Mention one observation, one possible improvement and ask permission to share a demo.”

Step 5 — Demo + Call

Reply এলে useful sample দেখান। তারপর discovery call-এ current problem, priority, deadline, decision maker এবং success definition বুঝুন। Listen more than you speak।

Step 6 — Proposal Simple

Problem, scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, price, payment terms, exclusions—সব clear করুন।

Step 7 — Communication হলো Skill

Difficult English দরকার নেই। Simple English enough: “Here is what we completed.” “Here is what we need from you.” “Here is the next step.”

Task
